UPDATE: July 26, 2010

I have added many songs since I last wrote anything on this page. I hope you are enjoying America's Best Popular Music.

I've continued to clean house and rid the playlist of more of the scratchy vinyl records I've been using. Therefore, there's no more cue burn at the start of some songs. I can't get rid of it all since there aren't any replacements available, but I am working to replace as much as possible, and to provide as much music in stereo instead of monaural.

I would also like to welcome the many listeners from around the world that either sample the music or listen for long stretches at a time. Since this music was programmed on many stations all over the world for the past 50 years many people are happy to hear the songs and the artists once again.

Thanks for listening,

Mike

ATTENTION: The people visiting here from Wiki Answers...

The song "Trees," from the poem by Joyce Kilmer, can be heard on this website in the music stream.

The song was also sung in a 1932 film called, "The Big Broadcast," sung by Donald Novis. I do not have this on my website.
